🚶‍♂️☕ WALK & TALK TONIGHT – 6PM ☕

Just a reminder that our weekly Rise & Roam Walk & Talk is on tonight at 6pm!

This group is for lads, and only lads, providing a relaxed, welcoming space where you can come along, meet new people, have a chat, and enjoy some light exercise in good company.

And remember, you don’t have to be struggling to come along.

Maybe you:
✅ Fancy getting out of the house for an hour
✅ Want to meet like-minded people
✅ Enjoy a good conversation
✅ Need a break from the daily routine
✅ Want to get a few extra steps in
✅ Fancy a great coffee or hot drink afterwards
✅ Simply want to support what we’re building
Whatever your reason, you’re more than welcome.

Just a reminder that our next Walk & Talk is happening this Wednesday meeting The Lions’ Den from 6pm, leaving for the walk around 6:30. Every lad is welcome!!

Tell your friends, brothers, dads, grandads, workmates, neighbours – anyone who could benefit from getting out for a walk, meeting new people, having a chat, listening to others, or simply being around good company.

This isn’t about pressure or expectations. You don’t have to share your story, and you don’t have to be struggling. Come along for the walk, the conversation, the fresh air, or just to be part of something.

Oh and the hot drinks are spot on!

A place to talk.
A place to listen.
A place to belong.
