My amazing Jenny!

Visit to London to spend some time with my daughter Jenny. Visited Tracey Emins exhibition. Very moving. It described her life through her art. The abuse in her younger years and the fall out in later years. The famous bed and the more recent health problems. I felt it not only to describe my growing up. The presence of the male gaze and the casual way men felt able to touch me. I didn't experience the extremes she did, but the underlining culture was similar. It also describes the current experiences of those caught up in the grooming gangs, epstien. All those thousands of women living with the same traumas. History is repeating, and yet it seems we are unable to do anything about it.

This is my visit to Badbury Rings. I'm sitting here in the entrance where Mirjan Jans channelled the rings portal. I was less confident with my own channelling skills, but I felt a wonderful, gentle presence that welcomed me. As I walked further into the enclosure, it guided me to the left , where just out of sight of the entrance, I came to this amazing pond surrounded by trees. I such a sense of wonder of how this gentle energy shared this with me. Was there meaning, there was nothing overt, but just a sharing of a moment between two beings.

I love the ability of great artists to perfectly describe the human form so perfectly with just a few lines.

Tracey Emins writings. I didn't read much, but the bit I did read reminded me of my own journals. An outpouring of anything and everything in my head. I recently took them out. There were a lot of them. I had a vague idea that they might contain some wisdom I could share, but no, just ramblings, which mean nothing now. I took a deep breath and put them all, every last one, in the recycling bin. Felt strangely good, uplifting.

Just a reminder that the earth's energies, the eternal presence, whatever you call your sacred connection is present everywhere. Here I am in the gym, sauna, pool, and even in a lead lined windowless room filled with high voltage equipment. Still connected, still enjoying support of the eternal presence.🙂
