Kinsale Infant School

Year 2 are having the most amazing time on their residential.

We are so proud of them all for trying lots of new things, being super resilient and making the most of every moment of this adventure!

One more sleep, a few more activities in the morning and then they will return back to school full of lots of stories to tell and experiences to remember forever!

Despite a little bit of rain our Year 2's where in very high spirits as they went off on an adventure for their residential trip!

We hope they all have a wonderful time and can't wait to hear all about it when they return to school on Friday!

Today was class photo day!

There was lots of big smiles and all the children where camera ready when it was their time to shine!

Over the last few weeks our children have been learning all the skills they need to take part in Year group Rugby festivals after half term.

We can't wait to see how they all get on!

Ladybirds really enjoyed playing the glockenspiels in music last week.

They learnt to play a note and keep in time, and then got creative by choosing their own notes to play! Some where very loud!

We are looking forward to a day of celebrating all the inspiration and awareness David has brought to the world in his 100 years!

We hope you all have a lovely long weekend and there is lots of glorious sunshine to enjoy!

One of the signs that Summer is coming at our school is when the Tadpoles arrive in Reception!

We look forward to sharing more of their journey with you over the coming weeks.

They are currently adjusting to life in Butterflies class with lots of curious children eager to watch them grow!
