Dear Parents/Carers
We are thrilled to announce that we have been creating a new website for Chickywicks that should be ready very soon 😀😀 This will allow us to promote Chickywicks in its glory, and have regular updated information available.
Our contact details are likely to change, but I will of course update you of this has soon as possible.
While we are going through the changes there will be some disruption to our emails. I will be unable to access any emails tomorrow (Thursday 7th October) so if you need to contact myself please call the nursery or mobile phone. I apologies for any inconvenience caused.
I am sure it will all be worth the little disruption 😃

Dear parents/carers
We are very excited to be transforming our garden area 🌷🌷🌷. We have been busy painting fences and reorganising the areas. This is a project that will be ongoing for the next month or so, but the staff and children are working very hard and have come up with some wonderful ideas. We would be very grateful if anyone has any garden materials that you would be happy to donate, ie, soil, stones, plants, pots, wood, paint, etc. We will also be getting the children to collect any used plastic bottle tops, (From milk cartons, juice bottles etc),
Outside play is so important for everyone and the children thrive while taking part in activities outdoors, investigating and exploring their enviroment has a positive impact to their learning.
The children are very excited and no doubt will tell you all about our new project. 🥰🥰🥰

⭐️Dear Parents/Carers,⭐️

🇮🇪Just to let you know that I will be away from tomorrow, 2nd August until the 31st August- enjoying the sunshine in Ireland haha!
During this time, my wonderful deputy Sylvia will be in charge, so if you have any queries please do not hesitate to talk to her. 🇮🇪

📞The internet is very temperamental where I am staying and this means that from tomorrow onwards I will not have access to our email account. 🥰I am so glad that I had the chance to say goodbye to all of our amazing children who have finished their Chickywicks journey. I am so proud of all of them and know that they will thrive in their futures! Good luck for your new adventures! 🥰

💕Thank you all so much for your understanding, I will miss our lovely children loads but will come back with lots of stories to share with them!
I look forward to hearing about all of the fun they have been having when I return.💕

🥳🥳🥳We are having SO MUCH FUN on our Chickywicks holiday 🥳🥳🥳
🏝Today we had an extra special visit to our water park- it was such an amazing day!🏝
🏖🏖🏖Just a little reminder to please bring in the children’s swimming costumes and a towel as we will be having lots of water play this week- including a very special visit to the seaside tomorrow!🏖🏖🏖

Holiday Time!!!
🌞🌞🌞We are aware that many of the children have missed out on their holidays over the last 16 months, so at nursery we have decided to bring the holiday to Costa del Chickywicks. We will create our own holiday and have lots of fun in the sun. 🌞🌞🌞
🤩A home made beach is a must. If anyone has anything that is beach related and is willing to donate this, it would be greatly appreciated! 🤩
✨✨We will have lots of parties taking place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with a special focus on our lovely leavers!
We are going to have SO MUCH FUN and can not wait to party with the children!✨✨

It is so saddening to see the horrific, racist abuse that these incredible footballers, and many others are subject to. Please take the time to sign and share this vital petition; racism is completely intolerable and it is so important to raise awareness and promote change. Thank you for taking the time to play your part in making a difference.

Ban racists for life from all football matches in England.

🥳🥳PARTY TIME!🥳🥳
🤩🤩Win or lose, we are going to be celebrating the amazing achievements of the England football team, by having a big celebration on Monday 12th July! 🤩🤩
🎤🎤The children have thoroughly enjoyed our football themed activities over the past few weeks, and we are sure that they have been 'coming home' singing away!🎤🎤
We are so so excited to celebrate together, children can wear anything football themed or red and white!
This will certainly be a special day for all of them and you will hear all about the amazing football fun they have!
Enjoy the final tomorrow- COME ON ENGLAND! ⚽⚽⚽⚽

Dear Parents/Carers
Our lovely photographer is still waiting on some orders for the photos that were taken at Chickywicks. The deadline to place your orders has been extended until Monday 12th July. If you do want to order some photos please do so over the weekend has I would not like any of you to be disappointed and miss out. You can place your orders and pay for the photos online.
I have had the pleasure of looking at all the photos and they are beautiful so it maybe a difficult choice.
If for any reason you do not want to order any photos please let a member of staff know so we can tick you off our list.
