Our Level 3 NVR training is designed for practitioners who want to deepen and consolidate their expertise, whether within their organisations and practices or as independent NVR practitioners, equipping them to apply their NVR expertise confidently in particular contexts of interest.

You’ll engage in structured study, purposeful clinical practice, and supportive supervision that sharpens your judgement and strengthens your confidence. If you’re ready to stretch your skills and step deeper into advanced practice, this is the route that will get you there.

The team at SEND Tutoring recently interviewed us about our mentoring approach and how it can support confidence, wellbeing and learning. You can find out more about their work here: www.sendtutoring.co.uk

People often ask what mentoring actually looks like at MindJam.

The honest answer is that it looks different for every young person.

Some sessions are full of conversation. Others are spent solving puzzles, building in Minecraft, making games, exploring new ideas or simply sharing an interest together. Those activities aren't distractions from the mentoring - they're often what makes the mentoring possible.

When a young person feels safe, understood and genuinely interested in what they're doing, confidence has room to grow.

We're really pleased to be able to share this interview on our own website, and we're grateful to SEND Tutoring for inviting us to be part of the conversation.
