In Year 4 Design Technology we are creating a skeleton cube from wood, lots of measuring, sawing and assembly! 🪚

Roade Writes 150 Word Writing Competition!

As part of our 150th Anniversary celebrations, we invite all pupils to take part in our Roade Writes Competition!

All children from Nursery to Year 6 are included, and two outcomes from each year group will be displayed at our Anniversary Evening Event!

Year 5 continue to learn about the features and characteristics of land use in agricultural regions across the world. This week's focus was citrus farming and they loved tasting different types of citrus fruits. 🍋🍊

The Year 3s went on a fantastic trip to the Verulamium Museum, we learnt so much, and had great fun exploring and discovering!

We are incredibly excited to be using out brand new outdoor area at Nursery! We have already had so much fun exploring the opportunities, and are looking forward to spending lots of our summer time out here! 🌞

Year 2 have been learning about the bodies of water that surround the United Kingdom. 🌊

This week, Year 6 have been investigating shadows. Using shadow puppets and torches, they explored how shadows are created and discovered how their size, length and direction can change. 🔦
