As we conclude drowning prevention week 2024, we continue to acknowledge some of the brilliant organizations and initiatives we work with and are making a massive impact! 👏

Big kudos to the National Coastwatch Institution for raising £7,900 with PAYA Charity's Liberty Pay product!

The NCI operates 60 stations around England and Wales with over 2,700 trained volunteers. Volunteers, fully trained in maritime chart reading, VHF radio operation, and weather/tide interpretation, come from all walks of life.

A huge shoutout to Sidmouth Independent Lifeboat for raising an impressive £5,131 using PAYA Charity's contactless donation technology! 🚤

Sidmouth Independent Lifeboat is a self-funded charity covering 150 square miles of sea between Axmouth and Budleigh Salterton. They are the primary responders for sea incidents in the Sidmouth area.

Although not part of the RNLI, Sidmouth Lifeboat maintains close ties with them. There are over 80 similar independent lifeboat organizations in the UK and Ireland. Sidmouth Lifeboat relies solely on donor generosity to keep their volunteer crew on duty 24/7.
