🕺 Senior Dance | 5–6pm
🎭 Musical Theatre | 6–7pm
For Year 6+

Our Senior Dance class explores a variety of jazz styles, building technique, confidence and performance skills each week.

Then it’s straight into Musical Theatre, where we work on character, vocals and performance, bringing songs and scenes to life! 🎤🎭

These classes are already pretty full, but we’d LOVE to welcome some new faces 🫶🏻

Meet The Team 🫶🏻

JAZ 🤩

Jaz trained in Dance and Musical Theatre at SLP College, Leeds and has since worked professionally across a variety of performances, including UK touring adult pantomimes, Alton Towers and, more locally, York Maze events. 🎭✨

Jaz brings so much energy and fun to her classes, creating an environment where students can build their confidence while developing strong technique and performance skills.
We absolutely love having Jaz as part of the KPA team! 🫶🏻

An hour of singing and dancing to some of their favourite pop hits from artists like Myles Smith, Benson Boone, Harry Styles & more! A fun, energetic class perfect for building confidence, performance skills and letting those personalities shine! 🌟

🎭 SINGING SHOWTEAM | Any age
Open to any KPA student who wants to develop their vocal skills and gain even more performance experience. We’ll work on technique, harmonies and confidence, with opportunities to be featured in our upcoming show! ✨

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing our KPA timetable, along with a little more information about each class and our current availability!

Our new term begins Monday 7th September and runs for 7 weeks before the holidays. 💫

📍 SCARBOROUGH — TODDLERS
Ages 15 months–3 years

A fun, energetic introduction to performing arts! 🎶💃

Each week we combine:
✨ Singing & dancing
✨ Rhythm and musicality
✨ Learning new dance steps
✨ Building confidence
✨ Working towards taking part in our November show

We’ve been overwhelmed by the incredible feedback from both parents and children this week, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Safe to say... we’ll definitely be doing this again! 🌟

At Kellett’s Performing Arts, the thing that sets us apart is something we hear time and time again... our inclusivity.
Creating a space where every child feels heard, valued, encouraged and celebrated for being 100% themselves has always been at the heart of everything we do. Confidence grows when children know they belong, and that’s exactly what we strive to create every single week.

✨ Meet Your Scarborough Dream Team! ✨

We’re kicking off an exciting term, starting with Summer Camp next week before diving straight into our Show Term in September! 🎭✨

This next term, Devan, Ellie, Ella-Rose and Jaz will be leading the way, teaching our show numbers and helping every student shine as we prepare for our third annual show... honestly, where has the time gone?! 💙

We’re so excited to officially welcome Ellie and Ella-Rose to the KPA family. Having spent years performing, singing and dancing professionally, they can’t wait to get into the studio and create some incredible pieces with our students.

As always, Jaz continues to balance her professional performing career alongside teaching at KPA. We’re so grateful she shares her experience, passion and talent with the next generation of performers.

We can’t wait for the summer camp .. it’s going to be one to remember! 🌟💙

To Miss Olivia,

From the person I met on day one at KPA to the incredible teacher you are today…what a journey it has been.

You have been such an inspiration to our students. They love your positivity, encouragement and genuine passion for teaching. You have made a lasting impact on so many lives, and while you will be greatly missed, we are so excited to see you go on to achieve amazing things.

As you took your last bow today. Thank you for everything you’ve given to KPA. We know you’ll continue to inspire everyone you meet.
