Ards Peninsula Ju Jitsu Clubs embraces a number of clubs and schools in the Ards Peninsula area.
The main club - Ards Ju Jitsu Club - is one of three centres of excellence for Ju Jitsu in Northern Ireland and is based at Ards Leisure Centre. Ju Jitsu is a highly effective martial art encompassing all aspects of punching,kicking, blocking, throwing, grappling and joint-locking. While the focus is on unarmed combat, as students progress to higher grades in the syllabus they also train with weapons such as the sword (katana and bokken), the staff (bo), rice flails (nunchuka), and the tonfa.
We have had to move our Junior Black Belt outing to Wednesday 25th March.
