🌞Summer Holidays are the perfect time for a Post-16 Dyslexia Assessment🌞

If you or your child is a young person aged 16+ and preparing for college, sixth form, university, or an apprenticeship, now is the ideal time to arrange a dyslexia assessment before the new academic year begins.

A diagnostic dyslexia assessment can:
✔️ Identify strengths and areas of difficulty
✔️ Provide recommendations for tailored support
✔️ Help access reasonable adjustments in education and the workplace
✔️ Support applications for Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) for eligible higher education students
✔️ Build confidence for the next stage of the learning journey

Summer appointments are available, allowing plenty of time to receive a comprehensive report before September.

I’m Sabine, the founder of Assess with Sabine — offering private dyslexia assessments across Powys.

I’m a qualified Specialist Dyslexia Teacher and Assessor (APC Patoss), with an MSc in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford and I’m currently in the final year of a second Masters in SEND and SpLD.

My work is focused on supporting young people and adults (16+) to recognise their potential, access the right support and feel empowered in their learning journey.
