Today Team Captcha have been celebrating purple day to raise awareness and show support for the LGBTQ+ community. The theme for this year’s Purple Day is:
“CATALYST: 50 Years of Activism”
This year marks 50 years since the Stonewall Riots in New York, when mobs of people fought back against law enforcement who raided bars and clubs to arrest Gay,Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender customers, because in 1969 America had an anti-gay legal system. 🏳️‍🌈

Although these pictures didn't make it into our calendar we wanted to share some of the amazing wildlife Dumfries and Galloway has to offer!

There are lots of places around the region to spot these cute little creatures such as Kirroughtree Visitor Centre and Kirkcudbright at Barrhill Woods but we are sure there are lots more!
