Results Day!!

It’s like Christmas morning when the grade results come in the post. I had 34 sits in June and today I received these 30 certificates from London College (loving the new look of them too). I have 4 Trinity results too and just waiting on certificates. The breakdown of the results are as follows, 11 Distinctions, 16 Merits and 7 Passes and they range from step 1 to grade 8 on both acoustic & electric guitar. A big shout out and congratulations to my students at St Patrick’s Grammar Downpatrick (Now Lecale Trinity), St Malachy’s High School Castlewellan, Shimna Integrated Newcastle and those who attend lessons at my home. Well done everyone 🎸🤟😎

Finally getting round to uploading some original stuff at age 49 lol. Peter Anthony are my middle names and I put the G in-between as there's another Peter Anthony (comic) out there putting stuff online. Three of the tracks originate from 2013 (I'm not very prolific) when I had bought my first MacBook and was experimenting with GarageBand and the other track was created during the first lockdown in 2020 when i started using Logic. Anyways I hope to add more tracks over the coming months and in the meantime if you want to have a wee listen or even share please do!! Thanks Gavan

Got the Avalon back from a setup today, didn’t need much done, just truss rod and set of Clapton Signature Martin strings which I’m liking of late..was in open D and for some reason Satellite of Love seemed to be first thing that came out, that’s the way it goes sometimes 😎guitar definitely more playable than of late

Bought a loop pedal years ago and never worked out how to use it..guess what? I still can’t 😂 here’s some messing at best with Duran Duran
