5 Electrical Installation condition reports (EICR's)completed,

1 EICR for a pre-sale of a local domestic property and Completion of all remedial works to achieve satisfactory report.

Call outs across the Mourne area helping customers with electrical faults on their properties including one where a fire had almost started.

Completion of one Commercial EICR for a local customer in Kilkeel and progressing well with remedial works required.

1 EV charger installed for a local commercial customer through the workplace charging scheme where they will obtain a £500 grant to help with the install and commissioning costs.

Completion of first fix for a local domestic new build bungalow.

Completion of Remedial works to another local dwnted property in Kileel to achieve a satisfactory EICR.

Folks for anyone looking to install EV chargers to their place of work the workplace charging scheme grant is now up to a maximum of £500 per socket. We are WCS registered so we can carry out all your EV Charger installs and certification needs.

Position available for an electrician to join us at JR Electrical Services Ltd.

All work is local to Kilkeel, Newry, Annalong, Ballymartin, Newcastle and everywhere in between.

You will be required to have a sound knowledge of BS7671 and be able to work of your own accord and make your own decisions on completing work in line with all requirements.

A sound knowledge of Electrical Testing would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

Most of the work will be domestic but you will be required from time to time to join with the commercial team to assist with their projects.

You will be required to contact customers to gain access to dwellings in order to carry out planned works to bring properties upto a safe and satisfactory standard, this will range from full re-wires to simple lighting replacements,consumer unit replacements, RCD replacements etc. On completion of works our tester will follow suit to inspect, test and certify all works.
