Last Friday the toddlers 🎊 🎉 celebrated not one but three birthdays with their little friends. Happy 2nd birthday 🥳 🎂 to Oliver, Rayna and Katie from the children & staff of Little Explorers 🧭

Week 3 of our FK Relax Relax Kids programme. The children got to try “Sun salutation” and to meet Michael the Monkey 🙈 and to learn some deep breathing techniques and to practice super powers “I am calm, I am relaxed, I am kind, I am confident, I am happy”. When feeling worried 😧, angry 😡 or anxious 😕 ask them to do this simple technique to restore calm.

Continuing with our Chinese new year theme the preschool children got to play with “noodle & sweetcorn soup”. They learned how to eat noodles 🍜 with chopsticks 🥢 and took part in the Chinese dragon 🐉 parade
