We just can't believe it but summer camp starts tomorrow at 10am!
There are road works on Doran's hill which prevent entry to Thomas Davis Hub where our camp is taking place (21 dorans hill, BT35 8PQ) so you may need to leave a little bit of extra time for your journey. The main access to the club is from the top of Dorans hill - come in by the bypass and through the road closure signs that way.
The drop off zone tomorrow will be up the stairs in the hub, where Laura will be waiting to sign your child in and take all outstanding cash payments. Please let her know if your child has any dietary requirements or additional needs so that we can cater for your child in the best possible way.
Camp doors will be locked when the last drop off is complete to ensure that all children are safe in the building and they will then be opened back up again just before 2pm for pick up in the main room. If you need to collect your child early, just message our page and we will be able to open the door for access.
Your child will require a packed lunch for camp everyday, as a way of us managing allergies. They will have a short snack break in the morning and a lunch time break also everyday. We will be participating in 3 different and exciting activities each day, such as baking, art & craft, yoga etc and children are divided up into small groups accompanied by a teacher and every child will get to experience all three activities within the day.
If there is anything else you would like to know, please don't hesitate to ask: Laura, Aine or Nadine, who are all primary school teachers and willing to help.
