We’re a family-run club based at Lliswerry High School, welcoming all ages and abilities!

✅ FREE for under 16s
✅ Just £5 per session for 16+
✅ Sessions every Monday & Thursday, 6:30–8:00pm
✅ Run by an ex-primary school teacher with full DBS checks

We reopen after the summer term on Monday 8th September and would love to see new faces join our friendly community.

Looking for a fun, safe, and rewarding activity for you or your child? Come try our karate classes – open to all ages and abilities!

✅ Students under 18 with a valid student card also go FREE
✅ Adults just £5 per session.
✅ Minimum age: 7+

We’re a non-profit organisation run by passionate volunteers. Our instructors are DBS checked, Welsh internationals, and bring 30+ years of experience to the mat.

👥 We’re a friendly club with a mix of ages and experience levels – whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to karate, you’ll feel right at home.
