Newport Speakers Club Improve your public speaking in a friendly and supportive environment. Do you want to learn how to speak in public or better your speaking?

Visit us at Newport Speakers Club. You can turn up for the next meeting with absolutely no obligation to join. We are friendly bunch of people, you might like us!! We meet at Llandevaud Hall, NP18 2AA on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 7.15 - 9.15pm

The objectives of Newport Speakers Club are:

To promote effective public speaking and related skills such as presentations, group

discussions, familiarisation with audio-visual materials, the proper conduct of meetings, and the effective evaluation of speeches. To develop the self-confidence of members and to provide opportunities and encouragement for their appearance before various audiences. To support public speaking and debating in the community, including activities in schools, colleges, companies and other organisations.
