PlayWorkWise is the business identity of Paula Harris, a consultant, researcher and trainer who has worked for over 35 years in the Play, Playwork Youth and Community Development sectors, with public, private and third sector organisations across Wales.

We specialise in developing strategic ways of working and operational systems tailored to each organisation .

PlayWorkWise offer a wide range of playwork training, from playwork taster workshops to full playwork qualification and bespoke CPD opportunities for the sectors workforce. In addition we provide supervision and mentoring support for playwork and play development staff within organisations.
