Women’s fitness deserves better than one-size-fits-all advice.

We’re so proud to announce Emma Gilligan as the first name joining our Fitness Panel at FITPRO-X Live Newcastle.

Emma is a women’s health coach, founder and Head Coach of Energise Online Coaching, and has built a community of 350K+ on Instagram by making the conversation around fitness, nutrition and women’s health more honest, informed and realistic.

Her approach goes beyond workouts. She talks openly about training, nutrition, body confidence, lifestyle, progress and the realities that can affect how women feel and perform day to day.

We’re excited to announce Humaira, creator of Humaira | UGC Content Creator , as the latest name joining our Influencer Panel at FITPRO-X Live Newcastle.
