⭐️ Another fabulous themed day in our Movement to Music Classes! ⭐️

⭐️ This time it was… Summer! 🍉🌴☀️⭐️

⭐️ We danced, exercised and sang along to some of our favourite summer tunes! ⭐️

⭐️ Our Sessions are the perfect way to stay active, boost wellbeing and reminisce through music, all while being part of a fun, friendly and supportive Community 🥰🎶✨⭐️

⭐️ A fantastic Country & Western themed day in our Movement to Music Classes! 🤠🎶🐴⭐️

⭐️ We had a rootin’ tootin’ time, all wearing cowboy hats and getting into the spirit of the theme! 🤩 Anne and Norma both said how much they enjoyed the music and that it brought back wonderful memories 🥰⭐️

⭐️ Our Teddy Bears Picnic Themed Classes were packed with Dancing, games and so much fun! 🤩✨ Our Dancers brought brilliant energy and were amazing as always - well done everyone! 💫⭐️

⭐️🎶 A little look at our recent ABBA Themed Movement to Music Class at Throckley Community Hall 🎶⭐️

⭐️ What a lovely morning we had singing, moving and Dancing along to some classic ABBA favourites 💃🏽🕺🏽🪩⭐️

⭐️ Our Sessions are all about having fun, keeping active, socialising and enjoying music together in a relaxed and friendly environment. The Classes are low impact, suitable for all abilities and include a mix of seated and standing movement, so you can join in at your own pace 🎶⭐️

⭐️ Everyone is welcome! 🥰✨⭐️

⭐️ Does your Child love to Dance and dress up? Our Themed Classes are the perfect place for them to develop their skills and let their imagination run wild! 🦸🏻‍♂️🎶🚀🏴‍☠️☀️🎪🎉⭐️

👑 Each month, we explore a brand new Theme, from Superheroes to Princesses and from Astronauts to Pirates - every Class is an adventure! Suitable for all levels, our Dancers will learn fun and exciting Street Dance choreography and take part in skill developing games all whilst enjoying music and props that match the Theme of the Month! 🤩✨⭐️
