Set clear goals:
define what you want to achieve in different areas of your life, so it could be in health, financial, family, love/relationships, career, spirituality or fun/recreation. Setting goals gives a greater sense of direction, helps guide your focus and will help you stay motivated
Positive self-talk:
Replace negative thoughts with positive and affirming statements. positive affirmations which will reframe your mind. Instead of I’m not enough, say I am enough. This will improve your self-esteem and well-being
Healthy lifestyle:
eat well, exercise regularly and get enough rest. You can’t pour from and empty cup.
