I was out on a school night!

And not just me, my 6 year old daughter too!

There was a time when I was struggling to juggle work and life at the same time. I didn't know what fun with my kids looked like, or even fun in general!

But last night, I took my daughter to her first concert.

And I know it will become one of her core memories and a memory that will stay with me forever❤️

I've worked hard on my mindset to get to this point.

To remember who I was and what I found fun. I discovered what kind of work I wanted to do and what kind of mum I wanted to be.

I'm so glad I did this work whilst my kids are young enough to enjoy this version of me.

So if you're struggling to balance life and work, have forgotten what fun is and aren't getting the time to even reflect on what kind of mum you want to be,

Send me a message.

I see you,
I was you,
I know how to help you ❤️

With my 4 step method 'A Balanced you'

You can do the same.

'If you don't learn to say no, your body will say no for
you'
Such an important lesson that we must all learn how to exercise boundaries and learn to say no.
Suppressing our emotions has a physiological effect on our bodies. All of the people pleasers and incredibly nice people, please hear this
People pleasing can be unlearned with support like that of which I provide).
So what are you NOT saying NO to?

When you're feeling stressed or anxious about something, there are some simple steps you can take to deal with those thoughts effectively.

Let me break it down for you

Doubt the thought : Take a moment to really think about whether your worry is actually true or if it's just based on assumptions or fears that might not be real. Question whether there's any solid evidence behind it.

Solve the problem or learn from it: If there's some truth to your worry, shift your focus towards finding practical solutions or learning valuable lessons from the situation. Think about what you can do to address the issue or gain insights from it. This way, you can take action and regain a sense of control, which helps reduce anxiety.

Take action: Once you've figured out possible solutions or lessons, it's time to put them into action.
Take proactive steps to deal with the situation. This shows your determination to make a positive change and helps you feel more in charge, which in turn lessens the impact of your anxious thoughts.

Let go : If the worry isn't true or something you can't do anything about, consciously choose to let it go. Treat it as if it never even crossed your mind.
Remind yourself that dwelling on unproductive or false thoughts only adds unnecessary stress. Instead, shift your attention to positive and constructive aspects of your life. Focus on things that improve your mental state.

By following these simple steps, you'll be able to effectively manage your stress and anxious thoughts. It helps you approach challenges with a calmer and clearer mindset, which is essential for your overall well-being.

I set myself a goal of climbing the Yorkshire 3 peaks last May. Not because I love the physical challenge (although the endorphins it released were incredible), but because I wanted to prove to myself that I could say I was going to do something and actually follow through on it.

Confidence comes from trusting your own word, and I must admit that I didn't always have the confidence I have today. So, I made a choice to seek the support I needed to start making a change in my life.

It's been a long journey of self-awareness and reprogramming my thought processes and belief systems to become the person you see today. It has been an uncomfortable and confronting ride.

But look where I am now.

I'm living out dreams I once thought were impossible for me. I celebrate every win, no matter how big or small, and I love it!

So, if you want to boost your self-confidence, set yourself a small goal and go smash it! You can do it! Seek the support you need to start becoming the person you truly want to be. When you do, your confidence in yourself will grow and grow, allowing you to walk confidently towards the path of your own dreams, I promise ✨ *t

As a coach who helps with mindset and anxiety, I know that self-doubt and low self-confidence can stop you from living a happy life.

So, let's look at three common signs that show you might be getting in your own way and discover ways to break free from these obstacles.

👉🏼Negative Self-Talk
One sign is when you often tell yourself things like, "I can't do it," "I'm not good enough," or "I'll fail." This kind of thinking comes from self-doubt and low self-confidence. It can stop you from doing things that could make you happy.

👉🏼How to stop: Try to be kinder to yourself. Replace those negative thoughts with positive ones like, "I can do this," and remember times when you succeeded. Talk to a friend,or coach for help in changing these thoughts and feeling more confident.

👉🏼Fear of Failing: Another sign is being afraid to try new things because you worry about failing. You might think that failing means you're not good enough. This fear can keep you from growing and enjoying new experiences.

👉🏼What you should do: Understand that it's okay to make mistakes; that's how we learn. Start with small goals, and celebrate your successes, no matter how small they are. Each mistake is a chance to get better.

👉🏼Trying to Be Perfect: Some people with low self-confidence try to be perfect in everything they do. They want everything to be flawless, and this can make them stressed and unhappy. Perfection is impossible, and trying to reach it can make you feel like you're not good enough.

👉🏼How do I stop?: Accept that nobody's perfect, and that's okay. Set realistic goals, and focus on making progress instead of being perfect. Be proud of the effort you put in, and don't worry too much about being flawless.

Recognising these signs and working on your self-doubt and self-confidence is the first step to a happier life.

As a mindset and anxiety coach. You have the power to break free from these obstacles and live a confident, purposeful, and joyful life.

Start by taking one small step today, and you'll see positive changes in your life.

Low self-esteem can have a profound impact on various aspects of life. It often leads to self-doubt and a lack of confidence, hindering one's ability to pursue goals or take healthy risks.

Socially, it can cause difficulty in forming and maintaining relationships due to constant worry about being rejected or judged.

This negative self-perception can also lead to increased stress, anxiety, and even depression.

Additionally, low self-esteem might result in settling for less in various situations, missing out on opportunities for personal growth and success.

Overall, it creates a cycle that reinforces feelings of inadequacy and prevents individuals from fully realizing their potential.

Feeling stuck and merely surviving instead of thriving is like trudging through life on autopilot. Every day blends into the next, with routine and monotony ruling the show.

Stress becomes a constant companion, even though your efforts don't seem to lead anywhere meaningful.

Your growth hits a standstill, and even successes lack the sense of fulfillment you crave.

Change feels scary, so you stick to what's familiar, even if it's unfulfilling.

The comparison game creeps in, and that inner voice of self-doubt just won't quit.

Challenges are avoided, and your sense of purpose feels like a missing puzzle piece.

You neglect your well-being, and social engagement takes a back seat.

Recognize these signs?

You're not alone.

But here's the kicker: you don't have to stay stuck.
Acknowledging this state is the first step toward reclaiming your sense of purpose and vibrancy. It's like realizing you're in a maze – you can find your way out.

DM ‘Stuck’ so we can arrange a call to help you rediscover your passions and set small goals that excite you.

Prioritize self-care and well-being, because taking care of yourself is essential for thriving. Reconnect with hobbies and social activities that once brought joy.

Remember, feeling stuck is a phase, not your forever. With the right mindset and actions, you can break free from survival mode and embrace a life of growth, purpose, and vibrant living. 🌟🚀
