Hi everyone!

Please do not forget to send us your posters/presentations so that we can print them and schedule the presentations appropriately. The posters will be printed in portrait A1 format and should be sent in PDF format. You will receive another email a day before the showcase if you are an online participant.

The conference will start at 9.30 a.m. on June 15th in the Lindesfarne Room, Hadrian Building.

As a reminder, PowerPoint presentations are 10 minutes to present your research and 5 minutes for questions (5 minutes extra to set up in case) and poster presentation are more flexible. We will arrange your posters for you, so people who are interested in your posters can engage in a conversation with you. The chairs will keep the sessions on time, and ensure we can all have some breaks from our presentations throughout the day. Do not forget to enjoy the showcase! There will be coffee, snacks, and lunch!
