If you could go back to the early days of your business and give yourself one piece of advice, what would it be?
Mine would be "just because you can...doesn't mean you should."
I still use this mantra daily!
You can be highly capable and figure it out, but it's not always yours to carry. It's not always your path. It's not always aligned.
Don't override your own instincts.
I'm always fascinated by the lessons people learn along the way.

One thing people don't talk about enough in business…
The pressure of being the responsible one.
The decisions.
The direction.
The outcomes.
If you're someone who feels that weight sometimes, you're definitely not alone.
Leadership gets a lot easier when you know how to hold pressure differently.

Growing a business is amazing.
But let's be honest - growth also tends to bring more responsibility, more decisions and more pressure.
I'm curious…
What's one part of growth that's felt heavier than you expected?

What's something about leadership that no one warned you about?
For me, one of the biggest things I see with clients is the pressure of being the one who has to stay steady when things feel uncertain.
I'd love to hear your experience.
What caught you off guard?

Is it:
A) Making the big decisions
B) Holding the vision when others doubt it
C) Managing other people's expectations
D) Carrying responsibility for results
Or something else entirely?

I'm always curious what leadership really feels like behind the scenes.

Pressure itself isn't the problem.
Unmanaged pressure is.
Pressure can sharpen your focus.
Pressure can clarify priorities.
Pressure can accelerate growth.
But only when you know how to work with it.
Otherwise it just feels heavy.
And this is the shift I love helping people make:
Turning pressure into something that actually moves you forward.

Your strategy matters.
But your nervous system matters just as much.
Because when you're constantly operating in pressure and stress, your brain shifts into survival mode.
And survival mode doesn't create:
• clear thinking
• strategic decisions
• powerful leadership
Grounded leaders learn how to regulate themselves inside pressure so they can still think, lead, and grow.
That's where sustainable success really comes from.

Somewhere along the way, we've normalised growth feeling like survival.
Always pushing.
Always doing more.
Always carrying pressure in your body.
But sustainable success doesn't come from constant strain.
It comes from grounded growth.
Growth where you still feel steady.
Growth where your nervous system isn't in overdrive.
Growth where pressure becomes something you channel rather than something that drains you.
That's the kind of growth that actually lasts.
