Next week the school council are supporting one of our incredible parents with some fundraising.
Georgina Blackhurst is running the London Marathon and raising money for the Meningitis Research Foundation.
On Monday 5th October we would like to invite the children to come to school in non uniform, if they have purple clothes we would love them to wear these in particular. It is £1 if your child wishes to do this, they need to give their money to their teacher.
Georgina will be holding a cake sale out on the playground after school on Monday, so come have some cake for a great cause.
Every lunchtime next week school council will run some games that have been organised by Georgina. You can come and guess how many sweets are in the jar! If you are the nearest you will win all the sweets! You can come and choose a name for a gigantic Unicorn or Teddy Bear. If you pick the name the correct name you will win the toy!
Each game is £1 to play and you can play as many times as you like. School council will be outside the hall every lunch time running these games.
Winners will be announced on Monday 12th October.
Please help us to help Georgina raise as as much money as possible for such a great charity.
