The new Autumn Term is here ......starting tomorrow, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome all of our wonderful children and families back through the doors! 🥰🍂

🌟 Join Us as a Co-Opted Governor – Make a Real Difference at Neston Primary School 🌟

Are you passionate about education, community, and giving every child the best possible start in life?

Neston Primary School is seeking skilled co-opted governors to join our dedicated governing body.This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise—whether in Finance, HR, legal, IT or Health and Safety—to shape the future of a thriving and inclusive school that lies at the heart of its community.

As a co-opted governor, you’ll work alongside a committed team to support and challenge school leadership, help set strategic direction and ensure strong governance, champion the interests of our pupils, staff, and local families and gain valuable experience in a meaningful, rewarding role. Previous governance experience is helpful but not essential—what matters most is your commitment, integrity, and desire to contribute.

Commitment: Approximately 6–8 meetings per year + occasional school visits

We are super excited for S4YC ltd to start their new nursery in our school this week!!

It is quite honestly the most beautiful, welcoming setting all newly refurbished, kitted out with the most incredible furniture, resources and play equipment. And most importantly - kind, warm, dedicated and highly skilled staff - families will be blown away!

As another fantastic year comes to an end, we'd like to wish all of our wonderful children, families and the wider community a summer filled with sunshine, laughter and special memories. 🍦🌻😎

A huge thank you to our incredible staff for everything you've given this year. We hope you all enjoy a well-earned break to rest, recharge and soak up the summer! 💙✨

Whilst you're enjoying the holidays, we'll be busy giving our school a little summer glow up! 🏫✨ From exciting improvements to our learning spaces, new roofing, landscaping work and fencing, to the launch of our brand-new S4YC Nursery & Wraparound Care, new enrichment opportunities and lots more... September is going to be something really special. 🚀

Today we say goodbye to our amazing Year 6s. 🌟

It's impossible to put into words what a privilege it has been to watch you grow from little learners into the incredible young people you are today. We've celebrated your successes, helped you through the tricky days, laughed with you and watched you become such an important part of our school family. ❤️

You've filled our classrooms with curiosity, our playground with laughter and our hearts with pride. 🥲
