When children are given the freedom to explore outdoors, they build confidence, creativity, resilience and a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them. Nature offers calm in a busy world, space to imagine, and moments of wonder that support emotional wellbeing and healthy development.

Sometimes the smallest moments become the most meaningful collecting leaves, watching insects, splashing in puddles or simply slowing down enough to notice the world around us.
