I've been training for about 10 years but for 6 years I didn't even know what I was doing and my training was anything but consistent. π
Then I started Calisthenics about 4 years ago so basically leg training was pretty absent resulting me being even more insecure about my legs being skinny therefore I have never even took pictures of them.π
I had to grow a pair π and started training them the right way so now I can say I have an ongoing and consistent training regimen for about 4 months including legs twice a week and I am super happy with the results so far.
My old 70kg squat is up to 120kg my 80kg DL is up to 150kg and I can also see visible changes in my legs. π¦΅πͺ
Obviously these numbers are not record breaking but good enough to make me feel better about myself and it's giving me confidence to carry on and see how far I can take it.
Unfortunately I dont have any old pictures of my legs to make a comparison, but to sum it up 2 things happened :
β‘οΈMy legs got way stronger and look more muscular but they didn't grow in size significantly as my main goal is building strength.
β‘οΈI care less about other people's opinion when they judge me or trying to make me feel inferior, I can certainly raise some eyebrows to prove them wrong.
Let's keep grinding guys like there's no limit π
