On Friday 17th July our year 6 children will be celebrating their final day of primary school by hopping on board a bike bus to school.

The bike bus will involve staff members cycling around the village, collecting year 6 children along the way before everyone rides into school together.

If you live along the route or see the bike bus please give them a wave, a clap or a cheer to help make their final ride to school extra special.

We’ll be leaving school at approximately 8:15 and heading straight over the zebra crossing to Fir Close, followed by a clockwise spin around The Brecklands and back to the zebra crossing before heading up the Cranwich Road.
We’ll then be turning right into Impson Way, through onto the Lammas where we’ll be heading all the way down the hill following the road all the way to the cut through to Malsters Close.
From the top of Malsters we’ll turn right onto Crown Road past the pub, onto St Leonard’s - past the shop and round the bend to finish the home straight to school.

Today Oak Class have learnt all about “People Who Help Us”.
This morning we thoroughly enjoyed a visit from Little City - Norfolk, exploring all the different career options and role play scenarios.
This afternoon we were lucky enough to have a visit from a local dog walker, a vet and a police dog handler. The children asked great questions and loved learning all about how to help people and animals. A massive THANK YOU to Little City, Crown Dog Walks, Mr Hayden and Mr Kingswood for your time and kindness 🐶🐕🦮🐕‍🦺🐩

Are you as tired as Go Go? Oak Class certainly are! A huge THANK YOU to Mini Athletics Bury, Ely, Swaffham and Thetford for their fabulous session this afternoon. We loved the games and activities and will sleep well tonight. Already looking forward to our next workshop - thank you so much 😊
