I’m still here 👋

I’m having a lovely break from social media, it’s been a couple of months now and I’m all honesty I’d happily carry on forever.

But….

I didn’t come this far just to come this far.

The honest truth is, I still haven’t landed on what it is I wanna talk about.

So I decided I’ll start just sharing some normal life stuff and hope it warms me back up!

I will definitely not be posting 3 times a day or actively feeding the algorithm, I’ll post what I want, when I want to.

It’s something I’ve been doing for years, obsessing about daily and I got to a point where I realised it was a actually having a really negative effect on my day to day life.

It’s tracking my sleep…

I’d wake up and it would be the first thing I would do.

But I’d often find the sleep score was different to how I felt I slept?

If I felt like I had a great night, but only scored 88 I would be frustrated.

If I felt like I hadn’t slept well but my watch told me I had, I would question the integrity of the score.

It was also turning me into a robot, I knew my score would be bad if I had a late night snack or ate sugar too late, so I was resisting doing it purely because of my sleep score!

One day I thought to myself, what am I doing???

Why am I letting a devise have such an impact on my life?

So I trialed not doing it in July and I’m never going back….

It’s been liberating, I’m living life on the edge 🤣🤣

I now use this thing called my intuition to tell me how I slept and it seems to be a much better guide!

So in a world that seems to be tracking more and more, I’m going the other way. Same with tracking my steps….

I’d love to know your thoughts???

Mykonos Dump 2026

Unbelievable trip in Mykonos, I was unsure if I’d like it or not but I had the best time!!

I’ve never been somewhere with so many beautiful people, it’s actually fascinating to see 😂😂

I’ve also never been anywhere so bloody expensive!!

Cost aside, it really does have it all, great food, lovely people, top service, perfect breezy climate, beautiful views… highly recommended.

There are so many men in the UK who are desperate to become the best version of themselves, but they can’t quite seem to land on it.

Everything starts by taking a break from the booze, then it’s a journey of self to rediscover who you are as a man, connect with like minded men, optimising yourself as a wellness machine, then working towards the 2.0 version of you.

That’s the work I love, that’s the work I do and that’s the most rewarding work in the world.

1 - Life is so much easier than you think! The stresses of life are still ever present, but instead of ignoring them or resisting them, I walk towards them.

2 - Good quality sleep is only possible when you stop drinking. I used to think I was getting good quality sleep when I had a few b**rs, I was under the impression that b**r helped me sleep, I couldn’t have been further from the truth!

3 - You are capable of doing anything you want in your life, alcohol is holding you back far more than you realise and you only see it once you stop doing it!

Real life connection with the crew in London.

Although most of the work we do as a group takes place online, I strongly believe that it’s the real life meet ups that cement the group together and this bunch of lads is special.

When you give up the booze it can feel lonely, confusing and you often lack connection, this is exactly why I started this group and although there were a few lads that couldn’t make it, we had a great time and once again proved that there really isn’t any need for alcohol when you are in good company.

For years I used alcohol to take the edge off.

Turns out…

It was creating the edge in the first place.

Nobody tells you that.

You think the anxiety is because of work.

Or money.

Or the kids.

Or life.

So you pour another drink.

Because that’s what you’ve always done.

I did.

Until one day I stopped.

Not because of anxiety.

I just wanted a better life.

What I didn’t expect…

Was for the anxiety to calm down.

The heartburn to disappear.

The mood swings to level out.

The constant tiredness to go.

I’m not saying alcohol is the cause of everyone’s anxiety.

I’m just saying…

If you’re drinking to cope with it…

It’s worth asking whether it’s actually making it worse.

It was for me.
