Congratulations to our brilliant Year 6 children on an exceptional set of SATs results. Their hard work, determination and positive attitude have led to a fantastic achievement that the whole Malmesbury community can celebrate! 🎉💙

✨🎓 And just like that, the end of one chapter and the beginning of another… 🎓✨

As our Year 6 children prepare to leave Malmesbury, we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible young people they have become. They have filled our school with laughter, kindness, determination and unforgettable memories, and they have been wonderful role models for the younger children.

While we will miss them dearly, we know they are more than ready for the exciting journey ahead. We are confident they will embrace every opportunity, overcome every challenge and continue to achieve amazing things as they begin their next chapter.

Thank you for everything you’ve brought to our school community. Once part of the Malmesbury family, always part of the Malmesbury family. 💙

🌳🐾 Forest adventures await! 🐿️🌿

Our Reception and Year 1 children had the most amazing day exploring Alice Holt Forest! 💚✨

We enjoyed a delicious picnic together 🧺🍎, followed the magical Gruffalo Trail 🦊🌲, and had so much fun creating giant runs on the marble run 🎱💫. The children also got creative with den building 🛖🍃 and loved discovering all the wonderful sights, sounds, and treasures the forest had to offer. 🍂🪵🐞

It was a fantastic day filled with laughter 😄, teamwork 🤝, imagination 🌟, and plenty of fresh air! What wonderful memories we’ve made together. 💚

What a fantastic day at our Malmesbury Primary Summer Festival! ☀️🎉
From amazing performances and exciting games to delicious treats, raffles, stalls and plenty of smiles, it was wonderful to see our school community come together to celebrate the end of another successful year.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, performed, organised, sponsored and supported the event. Your generosity, enthusiasm and community spirit helped make the day such a memorable success. Well done to our MSCA for all@their hard work and most importantly, thank you to our incredible children, who brought so much energy, joy and laughter to the festival. ❤️

🥔🌱 Small but mighty! 🌱🥔

After months of nurturing and caring for them, our Year 5 gardeners were delighted to harvest their home-grown potatoes! The crop may have been small, but it was certainly impressive, and the children loved weighing their harvest and seeing the results of their hard work. 👩‍🌾👨‍🌾

Now comes the best part… we’re looking forward to tasting them this week! 😋🥔

A fantastic lesson in patience, perseverance and where our food comes from. Well done, Year 5! 🌟

The Merton Summer Reading Challenge has begun!🎉

Our fantastic Library Ambassadors have been busy creating posters that are displayed around the school, so keep your eyes peeled and have a look for more information about how you can get involved. 👀📖

A huge thank you to Mr Irwin from Morden Library for visiting us and launching this year’s challenge in a special assembly. We can’t wait to see how many books our children discover and enjoy over the summer holidays!

🍃🎨 Inspired by Kensuke’s Kingdom, our Year 6 pupils combined art and poetry to celebrate the beauty of the natural world.

Using delicate watercolour leaf printing techniques, they created stunning nature-inspired artwork before crafting their own thoughtful haikus linked to the story, capturing moments of wonder in just a few carefully chosen words.
