Daulatdia in Bangladesh is home to one of the largest brothels in the world, where thousands are trapped in extreme exploitation and poverty. Without support, children grow up in the exact same cycle.
I’m running the London Marathon to help provide safe spaces, education, meals, and alternative livelihoods for these mothers and their kids—giving them a chance to break free and rebuild their lives with dignity.

With some of the booking in their first ever races in now, it looks like a strong finish for the run club this year and array of medals looking to be added to the trophy (well medal) cabinet 🏅
Super Jack leading the way and fully back where he belongs, the front of the pack 🤩
With only three this weekend, the lads helped themselves to tormenting 7K of the tarmac, Ali picking up his 2nd run and well on his way to a free OG Tee courtesy of the gaffer from completing his Al-Karim Run Club 6 week challenge 🏃♂️💨

Last Saturday had seen the turn it another notch, and we’re not talking about the weather 👀🔥
With some exciting news soon to be shared, the run club were given an exclusive and shared some goals that as a run club we would like to achieve before the end of the year! 🙌
Sultan was kept honest with a debut from Ali, who first run in, hit his PB for the year 🏃♂️💨
It was also lovely to see our own super Jack back on his first proper run since being on the sidelines, a fan favourite and a heart made of gold to match his tan from Sicily 🤩
With the gaffer tailing with Iqbal, and the unc and nephew double act carrying a couple of injuries, Sayid and Akthar kept the middle of the line busy smashing through the tarmac 🚧
It was also lovely to see our very own Akeel after a few weeks who managed to not set his alarm but make it in time for the coffee and catch up in the end 🤥🤣
We have some exciting news coming up in the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out 👀

Last Saturday and another succesful run club ✅
With the heat really turning up towards the end, the really smashed out tarmac and supported eachother like a true family do! 💛
A massive well done to Triple S we should say this time- the terrific trio of Sayid, Subhan, and Sultan all completing the 6-week Al-Karim Run Club Challenge! 🏃♂️💨 they’re OG Tee’s are on the way as we have had to order another restock 🤩

With only a few of us last week, the kept pushing eachother on a warm Saturday whilst the weather was picking up!

Another amazing run with the chalked off! 🤩
Yesterday had seen the return of Hafiz, after a stint on the physios table. But he was welcomed back like a hero to lead the pack as he has been taking in his stride this year 🔥
It also had seen our up and coming Sayid blast through his 5th run of the Al-Karim Run Club 6 week challenge!
The boys got the work in early to enjoy their weekend!
Our runner of the week was the returning Hafiz who now has his name on a brew owes to him by the gaffer! ☕️

Football Fever ⚽️
With the Football Fever (or Hay, or both) in full effect with the the decided to rock their bets jerseys out!
It was a lovely and warm (very warm, indeed) welcome back to our very own Super Jack! Mini gaffer decided to take the opportunity to interview him as to why he was away 🎤
A super well done to our runner of the week Sayid; chalking off his 4th run and smashing his PB as he kept with Akthar! 🔔
It was a super hot day so well done to all that came today; stay hydrated and we will see you all again next weekend! 🔥
