A massive shoutout to the Realest-ate (agent) we know and well done to Rashel on completing his Al-Karim Run Club 6 Week Challenge! 🤩

Rashel has smashed through his runs and been pushing himself had around the Bletchley Bernabeu the last three weeks on our Mid Week Runs to give him a steady base to excel from! 🏃‍♂️💨

Our Runner of the Week this week was the mighty Abdallah who smashed it out the park (well the manor 😅)

Special mention to mini gaffer this week who pushed himself hard this week and impressed the whole team, a full on effort from when he’s not trying to self-diagnose himself or mistaking a stitch for a heart attack 🤣

We’ve been trialing this exclusively for the last two weeks with the to see what numbers are looking like and giving members a chance to provide some feedback. 🙌

Now with the weather getting colder and the days getting shorter, it now means every mid week run has to be alone! 💛

Join us on our first ever OFFICIAL mid week run @ StadiumMK and EVERY TUESDAY NIGHT 🤩
