📢 UPDATED TIMETABLE - NEW SUNDAY CHAIR YOGA CLASS

So, more changes are in sight for my yoga timetable this autumn.

I'm delighted to announce that I'm starting a new weekly chair yoga class on Sundays, 11-11.50am Swan Pool & Leisure Centre in Buckingham from the 11th October.

The first class is a free taster session as part of their big open weekend and you can secure your place one week in advance - I've added a direct link to the first class to my bio.

I'll post a video in the coming days about chair yoga and what to expect!

In other news, my solo venture in Olney didn't quite go to plan, so the class has been removed, but that's okay. Sometimes things work out and sometimes they don't!

It's the final countdown!

I'm starting a new hatha yoga class in Olney on Tuesdays, from 22nd September.

If you live in or around Olney and ever wanted to try yoga or pick it up after a break, then this is your sign to book your space!

All levels are welcome and props are provided, you just need to bring a mat.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Your first steps in yoga course 🧘🏻‍♀️

If you are local to Milton Keynes North and new to yoga, or would you like to revisit the foundations, then this course is for you!

This 4-week course will run through six groups of foundational yoga poses (asanas), along with basic breathing techniques (pranayama).
It also includes a free gift, The Little Book of Yoga by Eleanor Hall.

📣 Change of event to indoors venue

It looks like we have more hot weather on the way, and on Sunday, 5th July, temperatures are forecast to reach 27 degrees Celsius, which can be uncomfortable for our summer solstice event.

For that reason, I have changed the venue indoors to Castlethorpe Village Hall. The time of the event remains the same, 2.30-4pm.

Tickets have been updated to reflect this.
