💙 Mini Monsters Member of the Month💙

After spending yesterday showing Ofsted what an amazing setting and team Medbourne is, we would like to give a BIG recognition shout out to this one in a million….Michelle!

Michelle has worked as a Monster for 10 years and has always shown up with the biggest smile and lots of ideas to make the children’s days as fun and educational as she can, she has a new (ish) team supporting her but you wouldn’t know it because of Michelle’s dedication to teaching and being an amazing role model to everyone around her!

We’re so proud to call her ours! Michelle you are amazing, with everything you do for Mini Monsters Preschool we would be lost without you ♥️❤️

Oxley Monsters are enjoying a very busy, very MESSY…Mini Monsters Friday!

Using shredded paper as leaves and the big fan to blow the paper all around the room, that’s what happens in Autumn 🍂

We’ve had lots of bowls of pasta made in the home corner today, the big Monsters don’t need to eat their lunch 🍝

And of course it’s not a Mini Monsters Friday without a dance party! 🎉

Today for ‘Children’s Choice’
We’ve left lots of resources out in the middle of the garden for the children to decide what they play with, how it’s displayed and if they want to add anything else.

The Micro Minis have been learning all about their senses this week.

We have had lots of different textures to touch and feel, glitter and shaving foam being a favourite.
We have been smelling and tasting lemons, which made us pull some very funny faces. 😝

As always there is so much to see in our setting and when we are outside but this week we have been playing peekaboo, the children have started to do it back to the big monsters now which makes everyone giggle.

The micro monsters have been listening to instruments, music, the big monsters (wonderful) singing and each other. It is lovely to watch them communicating and having a good ole chat with their friends.

See you in the morning monsters, ALL ABOARD!!! choo! choo! 🚂

We are LOVING learning about Autumn along side ‘all about me’.
We’ve been on lots of walks and runs! Around our amazing area and uses resources we have found along the way.
