What you see isn't always what you get ๐คท
On the outside I may appears as though I have my **** together, but on the inside that's just not always the case!
Don't trust everything you see... even salt looks like sugar! ๐ง
Everyone puts on a persona for Instagram and most of the time we can't even live up to our own social media presence ๐ฎ
..And if that won't convince you not to compare yourself to others I don't know what will!
I suffer with the same imposter syndrome and insecurities as every other person.
The key is to use these doubts to fuel your motivation to learn and improve!
You have the ability to change the narrative and turn your negatives into positives ๐ช

Have you set your fitness alarms? โฐ
When you set your Fitness Alarms did you know you're setting alarms for all of these things too!
Every time you set an alarm to meet with your coach, go to the gym, or cook a healthy meal, you are ensuring that you achieve your non-physical health goals ๐ช
Exercising and eating well has a wider, more important, purpose than merely to fit into your desired aesthetic! These by-products of keeping fit are more fulfilling than any number on the scale (and you'll appreciate them more in the long run too!)

I wish I could wave a wand that immediately gave all my clients their dream results.
I could work 24/7 on curating bespoke fitness plans and meal ideas for my clients (and sometimes I do!) but the truth is they're 0% effective unless implemented.

I often hear the same thing, 'I'm not seeing results even though I'm doing everything right'
The truth is, if you're working out properly and eating right then YOU WILL see results! If you relate to any of these statements then you may have just found the answer to your problems.
Three main solutions include:
Go easy on yourself! (This makes it easier to keep consistent)
Doing the right form of exercise
Don't let numbers define you (the scales aren't the only way to measure progress
