Awesome work from zackery ball who has progressed massively in the last 4 months and he had lost an impressive 16KG. These results have been achieved by being consistent with training and nutrition whilst allowing himself to enjoy social events and the food he enjoys โ

Training with a friend can often bring out your competitive side. Pushing you to your own limits to achieve the best out of your workouts. Having a Personal Trainer or friend to train with can often bring out the best in you!
By training with a friend or a Personal Trainer you are also holding yourself accountable to more than just yourself. This can add to your motivation to remain consistent with your training routine ๐ช๐ป

Using the proper techniques in the gym helps prevent injuries. As you lift heavy loads, there is a chance your body will come out of alignment, which will put your muscles, joints and tendons in positions that could result in tears or strains.

Enjoyment, a key aspect that needs to be considered when planning your exercise routine.
If you enjoy the exercise you are completing, you are far more likely to remain consistent and work towards achieving your goals.
Top tips:
1. Listen to music when training
2. Workout with friends to keep you accountable
3. Focus on your progress and donโt compare yourself to others
4. Incorporate exercises you enjoy into your programme with lifts/ exercises you find harder
5. Set yourself targets to achieve in the gym each time you attend
6. Plan your workout in advance
7. Plan your week in advance and make time to exercise
8. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and try new exercises
