🍕 You’ve got to be IN to WIN! 🍕

All next week, students who are in school could win Domino’s pizza to share with their friends!

No special talents required… just be in school for your chance to be chosen at random!

Who would you share yours with?

There’s plenty happening in our extra-curricular activities this half term! Whether you’d like to try something new, pick up a hobby or make new friends, there’s something for you to get involved in.

Take a look through the activities and come along to as many as you like. We’d also love to hear your ideas for activities you’d like to see in the future.

We can’t wait to see you there! Remember, you’ll earn a merit each time you attend an extra-curricular activity.

It was fantastic to welcome former student Charlie-Mai Robinson back to The King’s Academy today. Charlie-Mai, who works with the charity Never Such Innocence, led a poetry workshop with some of our talented Year 7 and Year 8 writers.

Students explored the theme of conflict before writing their own poems for a competition organised by the charity. The quality of their work was superb, and they showed real maturity and empathy throughout the discussions.

Well done to everyone involved! 👏
