✨ Tantalising Papri Chaat ✨

Due to popular demand, we can now introduce our traditional South Asian ‘Papri Chaat’.
If you’ve never tried this dish; I guarantee you will not be disappointed. If you have grown up loving this; I guarantee this recipe will blow your m i n d 😋
In Layman’s terms: this is a spiced chickpea and potato base tossed with finely chopped cucumber; chillies; tomatoes (and a few extra secret ingredients) - topped with dhai (yoghurt); Imli sauce (tamarind) and crunchy papri (cumin infused pastry), with a sprinkle of good old Bombay Mix.
The base of any good Chaat is the same; but this recipe is my own tailored recipe and has NEVER failed me!
We can provide individual portions for your Tablescape or 9inch trays for larger parties!
