Here to support all arms of hospitality and celebrations, in Maybole and surrounding areas. Whether you are an established business, or a person planning an event, MHH is here to help. I am an energetic and enthusiastic 45-year-old mother of 4, wife, teacher and hospitality enthusiast. I have spent the last 25 years raising my own children while working with children and young people in a range of educational and care settings. For the past few years, I have also returned to working in hospitality; an industry that I first experienced when I had my first job, at the age of 14. As a natural planner and people person, I thrive in busy people centred environments. Using these skills, I intend to further enhance hospitality within the local area by supporting already established businesses and creating new opportunities. After raising 4 children, and gaining my primary teaching degree while doing so, I'm no stranger to challenge and hard work. But life moves on, and my children have now moved onto university and the world of work. I have loved working as a primary teacher in the local area for 15 years and I am now ready for a new challenge. I am not alone in this journey, husband Gavin is a real ale enthusiast and knows the value of a well-crafted beer and a cold, bubbly pint of lager. As a Whisky buff he is sure to bring smiles to faces with his selection of drams and he is also musician, with a desire to bring more live music opportunities to the local area. Gavin currently works in offshore windfarms and has sampled local Scottish pubs up and down the country, and across the ponds, in preparation for the day we make the step into our own hospitality business. My friends and family are all eager to support this venture and having two highly skilled hospitality employees for daughters, will ensure there is no shortage of smiles, amazing service and perfectly poured pints. At our core we are a small family run business, but we also have on our books a number of skilled staff ready to step in and help at your events. Tell us what you need and let us organise the rest!
