impact we’re making in our community.
We do something that many people don’t fully understand — and that’s absolutely fine.
What we do brings us joy, purpose, and fulfilment. We know our work is safe, protected, and fully supported by everything we have in place. ♥️

We are so proud of the movement we’re creating with our young students.
Their growth, their confidence, their spark — that’s what motivates us every single day.
At Ivy Reign, every student is seen as an individual. We bring something unique to the table… a gift that is personal to us, crafted from passion, experience, and heart.

We have massive goals for Ivy Reign Academy.
And will it ruffle feathers?
Absolutely.

But the emotions of adults are not our responsibility.
The wellbeing, growth, and safety of children and young people is. 🫶

We stay in our own lane.
We level up progressively.
We focus on the work we know is changing lives — and that will always be our priority. ♥️

Did you know… for every single after-school club session we run, we have a full lesson plan?

Even our Enrichment Programme with Neale Wade is intentionally structured.
Every session — even when it’s hands-on, creative, or discussion based — has a learning objective, a purpose, and a developmental outcome.
Because here, everything is relevant.

Our sessions include:
✨ Practical, real-world skills
🧠 Mindset, confidence & emotional development
💛 A nurturing environment where young people feel seen, heard & supported

We don’t just “occupy time.”
We teach, we mentor, and we guide our young people as they grow — as people, not just students.

And the difference is real.
We were told recently that one of our students has shown a significant improvement in her academic grades this year compared to last year.
That’s what happens when a young person feels safe, encouraged and believed in.

We have worked incredibly hard to ensure we were doing this the right way.
We created 27 policies and completed a thorough risk assessment to make sure every young person is safe, supported and protected while they are with us.
There is so much heart, thought, planning and intention behind everything we do.

We are also deeply passionate about our partnership with Neale Wade.
They’re even hoping that during their next Ofsted inspection, they’ll be able to bring the inspector to Ivy Reign to see first-hand the impact of this environment.

And this is just the beginning.

2026 is where we step into bigger things.
We are ready — we’re simply waiting for the council to reopen their next consideration window for the provision we’re proposing.
When that moment comes, we are stepping forward fully prepared, with a vision that will open doors for even more young people.

Because what we’re building here isn’t just a club.
It’s a safe space.
A place to belong.
A place to become.

This is community. Confidence. Future-building.
This is Ivy Reign Academy.
