Hi everyone, bad news I'm afraid. I'm hanging up my glowsticks and not doing Classes anymore. So no more Clubbercise classes from me anymore 😭
Because of changing circumstances, I'm ok I'm not ill or anything lol, but things have changed with work and family.
I will miss dancing around like a crazy fool with you all though. It has been an absolute blast. Thank you all of you for supporting me through the past few years, I will miss you all.
I hope you find another class somewhere that you like.
Music and dancing has saved me lots of times since being a young lass. From dancing in my bedroom, the nightclubs and then in Clubbercise. I've done lots of different types of classes, Weight training classes. Indoor cycling, boot camps, fitball, zumba, Les mills Body Combat, Body Balance.
And when I went to do the Clubbercise training course I thought it wouldn't really be my bag, I thought it seemed a bit naff and cheesy. Oh and that it wouldn't really feel like a good workout.
But I did the course and it blew my mind. The amazing music inspired from the 90's, my time from when I left school in 1990 straight into the rave scene, sorry I'm doing it again arnt I I'm going off on one again lol
So again, I'm sorry, ive been dreading telling you.
You have all been really lovely and I will miss your smiles and your sweaty faces 🤣😍💔
