Our Children & Families team is looking for a Childcare Worker (Level 3) to help create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn and grow.

In this role you’ll help to:

🎨 Plan fun learning activities
🧩 Encourage play and creativity
📈 Support children’s development
🤝 Build positive relationships with families

This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to children’s early years.

💷 £13.29 per hour
🕒 35 hours per week (part-time hours may be considered)

Reyam began her journey into childcare in 2024, studying at Bury College while completing a placement in a childcare setting. During this time, she successfully achieved her Level 2 qualification in Early Years Childcare.

Passionate about supporting children and families, Reyam was eager to further develop her knowledge and progress to Level 3 in childcare. This led her to join Inspiring Communities Together as an Apprentice, where she continues to grow her skills and expand her career in childcare.

Reyam has a keen interest in art, which she enjoys both at work and at home, bringing creativity into her interactions with children.

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Janine 🌟
Early Years Practitioner & Room Leader

Janine’s journey in childcare began in 2004 as a volunteer at the Lower Kersal Centre. Her dedication led her to Yogurt Pots, where she completed her Level 2 & 3 childcare qualifications and a Level 3 Play Worker qualification.

Over the years, Janine has grown with us, taking on WellComm training to support children’s speech & language, SENDCO training, and in 2024 stepping into the role of Room Leader 💛

Outside of work, Janine is a proud mother of five and adores spending time with her children and two grandsons 🧸
