✨ Things I hear a lot!

In French, we say “T’as raison” ou encore “t’as tout à fait raison” “t’as complètement raison” ✅ - to say “it’s quite right”

— but we don’t really say “T’as
bien raison” ❌

It’s not wrong. But we wouldn’t say that when speaking.

In French, we say “Ça s’est bien passé” ✅ (It went well)

— not “C’était bien passé” ❌

Why? Because the verb is se passer, and we use passé composé for completed actions.
