Charity The Broughton Trust was set up in December 1999. It is a charity and company limited by guarantee. We are here to make things possible.

It has a board of fifteen members, with eight seats reserved for residents and seven for organisations including social landlords, the University and the Council. The Trust provides adult learning, youth work, employment support and community development across the city. most of its employees and volunteers live within an 8-mile radius of the organisation. We had a great turnout last week and hopefully tomorrow will be even bigger! Feel free to come and join us 🧑🏼‍🌾

Tomorrow we’ll be tending to the seeds we repotted and getting stuck in making some hanging baskets for the communal areas around our garden!

As part of our Live Well offer, The Broughton Trust has partnered with the University of Salford to provide FREE counselling support for Salford residents. 💙

Residents can access up to 15 free face-to-face counselling sessions at our community building, offering a safe and supportive space to talk through challenges including:
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Relationship difficulties
• Stress at home or work
• Self-esteem and confidence
• And many other everyday concerns

To access the service, individuals can self-refer using the QR code on the poster attached. If you would like sessions to take place at The Broughton Trust, please ensure “The Broughton Trust” is selected on the referral form.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this with anyone who may benefit from additional support.
