Before you fall asleep everyday practice gratitude and say something positive to yourself about yourself, this will help you to sleep better and create a happier mindset for the morning. In the morning write a to do list of everything you need to get done in order of priority and then take action. Even in lock down we can still plan, prepare and take some action to better our livesπ‘
Having a happy mindset makes it easier to make decisions wisely and will help you to vision your goals and anything else you want to achieve or resolve in life more clearly. This should open your mind to new ideas and ways of achieving your goals or resolving your problems more effectively and with confidence.
