Fab morning at Everyone Can accessible gaming in Sale this morning, followed by lunch & inclusive sports with the community coaches at Altrincham FC, for their weekly Sports & Social afternoon - and another hot sunny day - just wonderful ☀️

& a great morning ten pin bowling at Atlantic Bowl in Altrincham after meeting up with our Out & About friends for a drink & a chat first 🥤
Back to our cricket club base for an al fresco lunch on the patio, enjoying the fabulous weather 😎 🥪 & finishing the day with a few fun games of cards, the Red, Light, Green Light 🚦 game is definitely a firm favourite!!

As this glorious heatwave continues, we were all relieved to have options to access indoor activities for our Keystones Tuesday friends & others today, starting with our usual relaxed art session at the cricket club, followed after lunch by walking cricket with the brilliant ‘Better Things’ crew at The Lifestyle Centre, plenty of cold drinks to keep hydrated throughout the day - enjoy this lovely weather while it lasts everyone ☀️ 😊 🏏
