👂 How to Treat Earwax Build-Up at Home

Most earwax clears by itself, but if your ear feels blocked you can try softening it:

1. Lie on your side with the affected ear facing up.

2. Add 2–3 drops of olive oil or (if no allergy) almond oil into the ear.

3. Stay on your side for 5–10 minutes to let the oil soak in.

4. Repeat 3–4 times a day for 3–5 days.

This gentle method may help loosen the wax naturally and reduce discomfort or muffled hearing.
If symptoms continue, worsen, or you’re unsure, seek medical advice.
