Don't miss our upcoming Zoom roundtable, "Social Responsibility and Environmental Narratives: Media, Education, and Rural Sustainability," TODAY, November 5, at 4:30 PM. This event will be conducted in Spanish and will explore the intersection of social responsibility with environmental issues through diverse perspectives. Our guest speakers include:
- Irene Baños, journalist and environmental communicator specializing in climate change and ecological crises.
- Carlos Gámez Pérez, lecturer at the Universitat de Barcelona and ecopedagogy expert whose research focuses on environmental narratives in education.
- MarĂa Montesino, sociologist, agroecological producer and researcher, currently pursuing her doctoral thesis at the University of the Basque Country, focusing on new ruralities and communalism.
Each participant will briefly present their work (see the attached for more details), followed by a Q&A session to foster dialogue and reflection.
We hope you can join us for this important conversation on how media, education, and sustainable agriculture play crucial roles in advancing social responsibility and environmental awareness.
