Experience an outpouring of dream pop with OMA - another featured artist in this Saturday's Session Orchestra Original Artists Edition. Their sound is an eccentric amalgamation of everything they love: punchy analogue drum machines, characterful production and bold, unorthodox vocals. 🎧🎤

Guitarist Dominic Miller joined us last week to lead a masterclass and chat with students from our Popular Music course!

Dominic is one of our Visiting Tutors in Guitar and has an extensive solo portfolio, including playing on Phil Collins’ ‘But Seriously’ album and working with Sting on each of his albums and tours since 1990.

Along with his family, he recently established the Barney Miller International Travel Award which offers RNCM students the chance to experience the music and culture of Latin America. This year’s award recipient was undergraduate drummer Jacob Brown.

‘When I joined the RNCM I never thought I’d be living in Nashville with a record deal five years later. The four years of study prepared me for whatever opportunity would come my way, and I know that without all of the learning, performing and meeting such incredible musicians I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thank you RNCM for some of the best years of my life.’ - Simon Dumas, Popular Music alumnus and member of country music band King Calaway.
