Give a family of four a delicious and nutritious meal for less than £5. Our Beef and Onion Pie makes for a fulfilling family meal without breaking the bank.
INGREDIENTS
500g Beef Mince
80g Onion
500g Carrot
1 Sachet Cottage Pie Seasoning
500g Potato
250g Frozen Peas
200g Puff Pastry
METHOD
1️⃣ Chop potatoes into thick chips, wash in water to get rid of the excess starch.
2️⃣ Preheat the Oven to 190c.
3️⃣ Dice ¼ of the carrots and all the onion.
4️⃣ Heat a pan over a medium heat, add the carrots and onions then soften without too much colour.
5️⃣ Add the beef mince and fry until browned and fully cooked through.
6️⃣ Then add the cottage pie seasoning and enough water to half cover, stir until thickened.
7️⃣ Place into a pie dish and top with the puff pastry.
8️⃣ Bake for 30 minutes.
9️⃣ Drain and dry chips, add to the roasting tray and drizzle with oil roast in the oven for 35 minutes.
🔟 Whilst the pie and chips are cooking, chop the remaining carrots. Place in a pan of cold water, bring up to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes. Boil peas for 3-4 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy a healthy balanced meal that won’t break the bank.

🍸 50ml Tequila
🍸20ml Lime
🍸15ml Cointreau
🍸5ml Agave Syrup
🍸Garnish - Salted Rum
How to make it:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
2️⃣ Add ice into and shake vigorously for 30 seconds
3️⃣ Place hawthorn strainer on top of the shaker
4️⃣ Hold fine strainer above glass and pour
